At More Than Hearing we are committed to continuous quality improvement. For this reason we employ an independent consultant to survey all of our hearing rehabilitation clients six to eight months after they receive their hearing aids. This helps us continue to refine our services and ensure maximum client satisfaction at all times.
EARtrak is a comprehensive survey process that independently measures hearing aid outcomes. The individual responses to the surveys are confidential and the summary information helps us to improve our services. You can ask to see these summary reports at any time.
Our last EARtrak survey reported that 98% of our clients registered high levels of satisfaction with our services.
